My consultation and resulting micro suction procedure in both ears was both a revelation and a huge relief! I had a camera in each ear which meant I was able to see (via laptop) the inside of my ears and where the wax build up was, so by the time the procedure began I knew exactly what was about to happen. In my case it wasn’t just a question of wax in my ears but the shape of my ear canals and the discrepancy between thickness of my ear drums! Most enlightening and professional.. An elderly friend of mine - a 95 year old lady - had ongoing problems with inflammation of the ear canal (otitis externa) and blocked ears. As she was quite frail, and due to the covid19 pandemic the 'normal' ENT services were unavailable. So we asked Hafiza to come on a home visit and see my friend. Hafiza made time to come at very short notice on a Saturday. I thought that Hafiza was really excellent, explaining very well in advance what she was going to do, and being very gentle. She was very good at explaining what was going on and what further treatment would be needed. I thought that her charges were very reasonable, especially considering she came out on a home visit on a Saturday. I have full confidence in Hafiza and would recommend her with no hesitation.

I am a dental therapist and I am constantly being subjected to the high pitched noise of the drill and the scaling tip. I felt I needed my ears to be checked. Hafiza was very professional, she explained what was happening to my hearing and what I need to do to prevent hearing loss. I am currently having some moulds to wear whilst treating patients.
