What can I say my mum has dementia and was going deaf and the lack of communication was having a detrimental effect on her health.I waited for months for the doctor to help eventually saying it’s wax she needs olive oil in her ears for a few weeks and the wax syringing. The doctors provided the olive oil but not the syringing so I decided to go private. I contacted Pinnaclear ear care on the Tuesday and the wax was removed on the Wednesday. This is a true 5 star service.
